Building a house, early stages of construction.

Floor plans are so exciting- more details to come!

I have been busy meeting with subcontractors, designing and selecting materials for the new house my husband and I are building.

Inspiration, color scheme, details!

Since we decided to downsize, this house will be a slab home. I am really excited to show you some of the progress.

Foundation, plumbing and electrical rough-ins.

Framing

The flat work, framing, roofing, rough-in plumbing, rough-in electrical and rough-in heating and air conditioning are done. The work passed inspection and now the house is ready for insolation and sheet rock!

I will be able to see my garden from my kitchen window!

This will be the view from the master bedroom. I can’t wait to landscape.
