Pimento cheese dip

I love to entertain but there are days in my life that I want to make things simple. Here is a super easy and fast dip for just those kind of days. This dip is very versatile, it pairs well with a variety of meats, poultry or simple stuff like vegetables and crackers.
Gather:
- 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1/4 cup minced roasted red pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
Set the cheese out of the fridge until soft. With a fork, smash the cheese forming a paste. Add minced peppers, salt, pepper and mix well. If you want to get fancy you can use a container to shape your dip. Line a container with plastic wrap, add the dip using pressure with a spoon to fill the container getting into the edges. Place in in the fridge until ready to serve. Buen provecho
