Keep voting daily- DIY Hero, Rosalia is in 2nd place!

April 7th is the deadline for me to be in the TOP 5 of my DIY Hero group.

Thank you for voting daily!

I have been working very hard to gain awareness of the DIY Hero competition and prizes. Last week I was fortunate to be interviewed, live by Felicia Rolfe of Channel 12 News in Wichita Kansas.

In my mind I had a list of some important points I wanted to share with the viewers. You know how your mind works right?

I remember being tense about the 3 minute time slot I was given! Thankfully, Felicia made me feel at ease. Her high energy is contagious! Well, I think I needed to have at least an hour to tell my story.

Today I want to share with you what I did not have time to say during the quick interview.

If I win, I will get $25,000 and a two page spread in a magazine called Make.

I have been creating content for my YouTube channel for the last three years and am ready to improve the quality of production, lighting, etc. It will mean that we can invest the prize money in the creation of more content and continuing to improve. By helping me win- you also win! The Detalles will continue to provide beautiful DIY tutorials, and tips for all things home and décor related.

The 2 page spread in the magazine means that I will have exposure to other regions in the United States to keep sharing what I love the most… my passion to create. Make is an American magazine that focuses on Do It Yourself projects involving computers, electronics, metalworking, robotics, woodworking and other skill sets.

Thank you for your support and for your vote!

XOXOXOXO

Rosalia
